Hello good pple of the forum,
I have a business requirement, which says a variance is to be generated to
know the cost status of a task to the number of hours it takes the resource
to execute a task i.e if a task is assigned to a resource, there is budgeted
value for the task let's say the task is to be executed in 6 hrs, every hr is
charged an amount like 100 dollars. Now that equates to 600dollars.
My question is how do i create these fields(budgeted cost for a task) in
project office that will then be calculated to the number of hrs assigned to
a task.
