Resource Cost Formula

Hi,

I want to create a custom field for Resource. I need a cost field that =
Standard Rate * 0.19. I created following formula

[Standard Rate] * 0.10

Also if I just put [Standard Rate] even then it shows the cost $0.00 in
Resource View.

If i click "Open Enterprise Resources" and select resources and add that
column... it shows Error.

I am not sure if i am missing anything. Please let me know.

You must perform the following steps:

1. Open the Enterprise Global file for editing
2. Create the new customized rate field in a resource Cost field and
include your formula
3. Save and close the Enterprise Global file
4. Exit and relaunch Microsoft Project Professional (you MUST perform this
step)
5. Open the Enterprise Resource Pool and check out all resources for
editing
6. Insert the new custom rate field in the Resource Sheet view
7. Press the F9 function key to calculate the new rates (you MUST perform
this step)
8. Save and close the Enterprise Resource Pool
