resource displayed in red

On the Task Usage View, one of my resources is displayed in red font, but it
is not overallocated. The hours of work available and remaining hours are
both displayed in a red font also. The resource is available 8 hours a day
so I can not figure out where it's overallocated. Also, the resource Graph
displays the respource in the red font but I have checked and the resource is
never used over 100% per work day.

Hi Tom,

It's possible the resource is overallocated (assignment units greater
than max. units) for less than a day. Project will change a resource's
name red to mark overallocation if the total assignment units (called
Peak by Project) is greater than his/her max. units for so much as one
*minute* in one day.

See FAQs #34 "Overallocation Occurring in Less Than One Day" and FAQ #28
"Resource Levelling Does Not Remove Overallocation" at:

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
