Resource free time

David

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to calculate free resource time on a
project plan? The project plan only indicates the hrs worked by the resource.

Regards,
David.

Suggestion: Highlight the team members in the PWA Resource Centre and press
Availability.

Open the Microsoft Project plan and click View - Resource Usage. In the
timephased grid on the right side of the screen, right-click and select the
Detail Styles option from the shortcut menu. Copy the Remaining
Availability field from the list on the left to the list on the right, and
then click OK. Hope this helps.

In PWA how to get the Remaining Availability field on the Portfolio Analyser
view. Currently it has only the Availability field listed! Any suggestions?

Regards,

David.
