resource.frk

Dan

I have a client with a 2 PC P2P network. They have documents that were
originally created on a MAC (years ago). Recently, the folder that holds the
documents has been intermittantly showing up as resource.frk (greyed out) and
the documents are not accessibly. They are running XP Pro SP2 and have
Office 2002. This is happening on both computers. They have done a detect
and repair in Office. Could there have been an update or security update
that may have caused this?

Hi Dan,

The 'resource.frk' folder doesn't hold the actual document, just document-specific 'resources' that Macs use to determine what app
to open them in. The documents should be in the 'resource.frk' folder's parent.

Cheers
