Resource Global Template

Whilst attempting to build team from enterprise the following mesage is
appearing :

check Row 19 Column Reserved_ResumeDate

This is not a valid date, or it is outside the range for dates which is 01
January 1984 through 31 December 2049

I have checked all resource within global template can't see any invalid
dates or
any tasks within plan there are no tasks which finish after 2049.

Any ideas where to start looking for problem?
