Resource has clicked button "update all", but time is not recording in PWA

The user clicked update all and the time was processed and accepted
into the plan. However, a flag never changed in MS EPM to indicate that
the time has been updated and accepted. Therefore, reporting is off
because the reports do not show that the time was accepted in the plan.
At first it was thought to be a reporting problem, but it turns out to
be an MS EPM problem, because MS EPM still shows these hours as not
being updated/accepted even though they are.

No errors in the event log.

Don,

Have you tried accepting the flagged update records again? This solves the
issue for me. When you receive the OK message in PWA, wait about 15 seconds
before clicking the OK button. I have been told that the OK dialogue box
can appear before all of the record processiong completes.
