Hi all,
is there any solution for using headcount values rather than hour
values?
Of course I understand thee need of planning resources in hours, but
as you might all know, managers rather cannot transfer hours into
headcount and vice versa.
So we have the requirement to change all values in our OLAP reporting
from hours into headcount. Eventhough I am aware that I have to
"normalize" all values by considering individual availabilty per
timeperiod by the resource itself. (even harder: we have many
locations and different working hours ... and one report for this
department!)
I built up an excel solution for this, but I really would like to
avoid putting this in place in our organization...and it even is not
really fast.
Is there no easy way for this?
Regards
Thomas
