Resource Initials Field Text wrapping issue

I am using MS Project 2003 and have many entries in the Resource Initials
field.
When I switch to Gantt Chart View and select multiple values seperated by a
comma from the Resource Initials column it will select muliple values. But
the problem is that text is not wrapped. without increasing the column
length and by increasing the column height I would like to make the text
wrapp so that I can view all the selection.
Is this a MS project bug in 2003? How about MS Project 2007?
Any work around is greatly appreciated.

Every version of Microsoft Project, including 2003 and 2007, needs to have a
space somewhere in the text string with which to wrap the text. That is why
you can't get the text to wrap in the Resource Initials field. So, this is
not a bug, and I don't know of any workaround. Hope this helps.
