Resource Leveling Problem

Hi,
I am using leveling in microsoft project professional with no problem,
however when i use it when connect to the project server, i face the
following problem with leveling:

I have a resource assigned to 2 tasks at the same time and schedule, when i
do leveling it assigns the resource the first task accordingly, however it
assigns the second resource 2 weeks from its date, although the first task is
only 2 days. i tried seeing the availability and found it was not utilized
for a whole week. The leveling delay field shows 10 days leveling delay !!

i used the following settings with leveling:
1. ID Only
2. all values are unchecked
3. Manual
4. Hour by Hour

i tried using it with different settings but with no success, can someone
please help me out.

Some possibilities leap to mind:
1) Is there another resource assigned to the second task?
2) Is there a task calendar on the second task?
3) Have you checked the resource's calendar?

The second task is assigned to the same resource, so it should level
accordingly, however it levels the second task after 2 weeks from the end of
the first task !!

There is a project calendar no task calendar in project server

The resource calendar is using the same as project calendar, note they are
both using an enterprise calendar.
