Resource Manager cannot approve timesheets

One specific manager cannot approve timesheets any more regardless of which
PC he uses. When he clicks on the timesheet hyper-link an "error on pge" icon
appears at the bottom of the screen. The details of the error are:

Problems with this web page might prevent it from being displayed properly
or functioning properly. In future you can display this message by double
clicking the warning icon displayed in the status bar.

It looks like a message that might be caused by bad data. Any visible
garbage in the updates?

I don't think there's garbage Gary. I can view and approve the timesheets as
Admininstrator OK and I created a new user id with the same attributes and
that user id can review and approve the timesheets too.

Have you tried things like having the user change their password? Perhaps
recreating the user in AD?
