Resource Name appear in Red

Why when going into the resource sheet the resource name and information
appears in red. Is this normal

Hi,

Yes! It indicates that the Resource in Red is over-allocated for at least on
minute. View the Resource Usage View for more details and read help on
Resource availability and leveling etc.
