Resource names lookup in Outline codes

I would like to add a Enterprise outline code that has the name of the
Project manager.
Rather than type the person name in each time I would liek it to look up
names in the resource pool (Active Directory), if it could filter is bas on
skill it would also be great.
How do I do this?

Scott:

Outline codes contain static values. What you can do is write a program that
updates the Outline code values on a periodic basis.
