resource names

Hi,
under resources column in project plan. How can i configure project to
display initals instead of the user's full name?

If you are describing the Resource Names column in the default Gantt Chart
view, you can't change the way that column displays names. However, you CAN
substitute a different column for the Resource Names column by completing
the following steps:

1. Right-click on the Resource Names column header
2. From the shortcut menu, select Insert column
3. Select the Resource Initials column and click Insert
4. Right-click on the Resource Names column header again
5. Select Hide Column from the shortcut menu

If you are describing the Resource Name column in the default Resource Sheet
view, and your organization is using Project Server 2002 or 2003, you cannot
change the names of your resources to their initials. Hope this helps.
