There is a resource in our enterprise resource pool that will not show up
for anyone but me. I am the administrator, but we have no restrictions set
up on resources since we are a matrixed organization so all PM's normally
see everyone. If I start a project and choose to Build Team from
Enterprise, I see 157 as the resource count. Everyone else does the exact
same step as sees only 156 resources. The one that is missing is the one
that we need to add to a project schedule! I've checked everything I know
to check. No filters are set, we use Windows Accounts and this persons name
has been authenticated and is correct in the pool, all required fields are
correct, etc. I've even tried deleting the person (since she had no hours
or had not been assigend to any projects yet) and readding her, but get the
same results.
I am really stumped on this problem. Help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
