Resource not displaying

Hi,

Kindly help me.. I added a new resource and it is already reflecting in the
enterprise resource pool but when the project manager tries to build team
from ms project displaying all resources.. the newly added resource is not
displaying...

we have already updated using the AD synchronization button under manager
groups and server configuration but it is not displaying..

help!
