Hello All,
Within our Project Server 2003 environment, I have one particular
resource that is just not receiving any updates to tasks. We are
concentrating on one particular task at the moment. We have tried to
publish / republish assignments, publish / new and changed assignments,
publish / all information to no success. Whenever we go and look at
this resource's tasks on view assignments after each update, the task
in question does not appear on their task sheet. We have verified that
there is work assigned to the resource on the plan for this task and
remaining work.
I have verified that they are committed to the task and are committed
resources to the plan and committed booking type in the enterprise
resource pool as well. The only differences for this particular
resource was that we did have a resource manager go in and adjust
actuals for this particular person a while back whenever the individual
was not able to do so for themselves previously. I would not think
this would cause any issues with this particular process.
Also, for this one resource, whenever we do go into view resource
assignments or adjust actuals, we locate their name, place them on the
right side and when we click on "apply" nothing appears below in the
summary until it is refreshed or we are successful with someone else
and come back in and try it again.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! One additional question
though... Is there a way to place the task id on the "view resource
assignments page" and/or "adjust actuals" page under the resource
heading?
