Resource Over Allocation

I am hoping that someone might be able to help me here. Does anyone know
what the difference is between a resource that is red and a resource that is
red with a yellow caution sign next to them when looking at the resource
sheet. I know that this is for resource over allocation, but what is the
difference between the two?

Thanks for you help with this

A resource name in red with NO accompanying yellow indicator means that the
Leveling Sensitivity setting in the Resource Leveling dialog CANNOT level
the overallocation(s). A resource name in red WITH an accompanying yellow
indicator means that the Leveling Sensitivity setting CAN level the resource
overallocation. To see the Leveling Sensitivity setting, click Tools -
Leveling Resources. The "Look for overallocations on a ______ basis" option
is called the Leveling Sensitivity. Hope this helps.
