Resource Planning across multiple projects

hello,
i inserted multiple projects into a new MPP doc and was hoping to generate
some kind of report that would enable me to view the usage for single
resources that are allocated for more than one project. i'm having trouble
figuring this out. can anyone help me with this?

Hi,

Yes.
Inserting Projects as you have found out does not consolidate resource data.
Look for the help on resource sharing, resource pools...
A bit long to explain here.
