Resource pool error

I have to add a new Resource to my Organization resource pool.
When the windows cotaining all the resources in my org resource pool there
is one of the resources which results already opened by me (in the date
field there is a "NA").
If i try to insert a new resource I get an error window telling me the org
resource pool is already opened by another user.

How can I solve this issue?

You need to check in the resouce global. Login to PWA as admin, click on Admin and then Enterprise Options and then Check in enterprise projects.
