Resource Pool information not showing up in PWA

Hi,
We have recently created three new users (who were created on different days
by someone with Administrator permissions). Ordinarily, we don't have any
problems, but after these three resources were created, their information was
showing up sporadically, as if the synchronization between PPro and PWA was
not complete. In Project Professional, the Enterprise Resource Pool shows
them there and the information all looks to be fine. However, when we go to
PWA and look at the Resource Details view on the Resources page, they show up
at the top with the resource name, RBS, email and Windows User Account fields
missing, even though they look fine in PPro. They do not show up anywhere
else in the resource details list and their RBS values are valid. they are
available to be selected in the Build Team from Enterprise, so it is the PWA
side that is problematic.

It sounds as though you may have encountered publish problems when the
resources were created. You can try opening these resources, changing some
of their information like email address. Save and close and then set the
information back to what it should be. This will force a new publish action.
