Resource Pool Intergration

Hi,

I'm trying to put in place a resource pool for our
Information Technology depart which covers resources from
Help Desk, Development, and Business Intelligence.

However....I'm having an issue with the intergration
because one of our development project plans is based off
of a 9 hour work day.....and all the rest of the plans
have a standard 8 hour work day. Thus, when I link them
with the resource pool, one or the other standard
calendar's takes precendence and overrides the other.

And the main problem, is it changes the dates on the
development plan due to the calendar differences.

Can anyone please offer me advice on how to get around
this issue....or any suggestions.....
