Resource Pool updates...

We don't use Active Directory.

I've noticed when we have changes to our resource pool, existing projects in
the project lists on WSS aren't updated with the new information.

Does that mean the existing projects need to be synchronised every time
there's a change?

If so, is there an automated way to do this?

Hi Mark

If you are referring to adding a new team member - they are not given access
to the associated WSS site until they are assigned to a task (even a
milestone) and the project published

Other groups executives etc. will be given access as soon as the owning
project is made available to them based on out of the box security
configuration

The synchronisation is for when you change roles for exsiting team members -
e.g. make a team member a project manager etc.
