Is there a program out there that I can use on a server that will link MS

Bob:

Project, itself, can talk to any MAPI compliant application like Outlook,
Lotus Notes, Exchange, etc to import resources.

Bob:

Project will talk to your Outlook instance for the purposes of adding
resources to a project file. The resources that you create this way can be
used in a stand-alone project file, in a project file as a shared resource
pool, or imported to Project Server's enterprise resource pool if you use
Project Professional.

Bob:

Generally, companies who use Outlook also use Exchange. The shared contact
functionality you're looking for comes with Exchange Server.
