Resource Rate Security

Is there a way that I can prevent unathorized users from viewing resource
rates? My whole team has access to the project plan, but I want to include
resource rates and, obviously, don't want everyone knowing each others
rates.

It's an all or nothing deal. If they shouldn't see the resource rates,
create views that show them what they DO need to see, save them as PDF
files and send that to them and don't let them open the mpp file itself.
