In MS Project I registered a special cost rates for a resource but I can't
find where this data is stored in the database. I thought that cost rates
where stored in MSP_Resource_Rates table but this table is empty.
So, where are stored thes datas ?

Are you certain that you stored the information in the database? Is there
other information in the database?

Yes I'm sure
For example, in the MSP_Assignments table, the field ASSN_ACT_COST has been
modified.
Perhaps, this information (cost rate) is stored in another place.

Rates for Enterprise Resources are stored in a binary field in the
msp_resources table. If you open and save a project that has an Enterprise
Resource in the resource pool, it will create the records in the
msp_resource_rate table for that plan.

Note that a resource can have multiple entries in the msp_resource_rate
table if it is in multiple plans. These rates may differ from the current
rate if some of the plans were last saved prior to the rate changing.
