resource receive emails thru web server

Hi,

I would like to send to resources email thru web server.
for example, I am opening a new work space for a project and I want to
give other resource a permit to add documents.
for the owner field and other same fileds I would like to choose the
resource from email list in my company.
how can I connect between these?
how can I send an email to relevant resource when I am adding a new
document?
