Resource Report

I have a project where many resources are assigned to a task. I want to run
a report by resource which lists the tasks assigned to the resource and the
hours that given resource is assigned to the task. When I run the To Do List
the hours reported for the task are the total hours for all resources
assigned to the task. Does anyone know how I can run a report to meet the
parameters I need reporting on?

Have a look at the Resource Usage. I think that would solve your problem.

Hi,

Go to Gantt Chart and include the fields you want in that view. Then go to
menu View-> Reports->select Assignments->select To do list and it should ask
for the resource name when you select this report and get you the report for
the selected resource.
