REsource Scheduling in Exchange 2003 / Outlook 2003

I have recently installed Exchange 2003 and when I attempt to configure Resource Scheduling on my mailbox in Outlook 2003(from Tools>>Otpions>>Calendar options>>Resource Scheduling) I get the error message "This Folder cannot be opened because there is a configuration problem on the server. Contact your Microsoft Exchange Server administrator for assistance
