We are attempting to use Outlook 2003 to streamline the use of our technology
resources in a large non-profit agency. So far I have been able to create
user accounts for each resource, have setup each resource to automatically
accept incoming meeting requests/decline conflicting ones. The problem I am
running into is that we are having one person coordinate the resources and
while we can get the calendars of each resource shared to that account, I was
hoping there is a way to setup some kind of notification sent to the other
account (not the actual resource) notifying them that something has been
scheduled. In reality, that person could just go and check the calendars,
but without doing so on a very frequent basis, we are bound to miss something
and having a notification would streamline our process. Is something like
this possible? And if so how do we accomplish it?
