I recently did a migration of exchange 2003 and come across this problem
which is doing my head in!
There are 2 resource mailboxes for meeting rooms. When the users set up a
new meeting and added the resource on the old server, the meeting appeared on
the calendar of that resource. Since the migration this does not happen.
I have logged on as the resource to gone into Outlook 2003 to Options \
Calendar Options \ Resource Scheduling to switch on auto accept.
When I do that I get the message 'This folder cannot be opened because there
is a configuration problem on the server. Contact your Admin'
Resource scheduling cannot be accessed on any mailboxes, and the AutoAccept
Agent insn't installed but it wasn't installed on the old server and it
worked fine, so I presume I don't need to install AAA.
I reckon its a permission error somewhere. Can anyone point me in the right
direction?
Thanks in advance.
