I am receiving the following error when trying to book or schedule
resource:

The requested operation cannt be completed because the operation is not
supported on this object. Unable to directly book a resource for this
meeting.

So far, I have opened the resource calendar and double-checked the
permissions. Both the default user and the user in question are publishing
editors on the calendar. Running Outlook XP (SP2), View Group Scheduling
Feature, running against an Exchange 2000 Server, SP3.

Also, the calendar is setup to Automaticall accept meeting requests and
decline conflicting meeting requests.

I cannot locate the issue.
