Resource Table --- too many entries

We are tracking assigns by individuals. For my firm that is 400+ resource.

So there are 400 resource tables to update. We use cost table A,B and C
with 8 entries in each cost table. This is a monster to maintain and update

400 resource x 3 cost tables (A,B & C) x 8 entries

I am not using actuals rates but budget rates for individuals. Every
individual belong to one of ten labor grades. This labor grade is
associated with a resource via enterprise resource code field.

Is there a short cut? Is there an add-on product that works with external
tables?

My hands will be sore from keep these entries uptodate.

This type of integration is certainly possible, but there no slap-on tool
that I know of that addresses your specific problem. A competent project
partner could do this for you, or provide a resource that could help you
through the development process.

This is possible, and you should enlist a Microsoft Certified partner that
has SQL capabilities as well as long-term, deep expertise in Project Server.
