Resource / Task Usage in PWA?

I know how to go into my MS Project 2003 schedule and go into the Resource
Usage view and manually level resources. Is there a place in PWA to view the
assignments for a resource -- for all the projects he's assigned tasks -- and
manually change or level the tasks for that resource?

You can level overallocated resources in the Resource Usage view, but you
cannot level anywhere in PWA. To accurately level across all projects to
which an overallocated resource is assigned, you need to open each of those
projects before you level. To see all resource assignments across all
projects, you can use the View Resource Assignments page from the PWA
Resource Center page. Hope this helps.
