Resource Tasks hiding/Expiring in ms project

Anyone knows how can i make resource tasks expire/Hide only after it
gets completed as actual work done approaches 100%.
In normal practice if anyone is using ms project 2003 , when we assign
a task to specified resources in a project we assign some allocated
time against that tasks and the resource books his/her effort(in
Timesheet for timetracking ) ... ....now after this task gets 100%
done and still showing to both the project manager and resource in
view , its a big drawback ...
So , is there any way /option in such a way so that i can specify a
time to a task and after completion of task it automatically hides or
expires in the timesheet of the resource and no more
updatatable .......
please let me know this ASAP..

The only "automatic" way I know how to do this would be with a VBA
macro. You could do it by applying a filter, but you'd have to reapply
it every time the schedule changed, as Project filters are not
dynamic. If you created an event based macro to re-apply the filter
everytime something changed, it would be "automatic".

Hope this helps in your world.
