Resource Time Reporting

Is there a report that can be generated accross all resources to determine
when the last time a resource submitted updates to project server for tasks?
We are trying to manage a set of 60 resources accross multiple projects and
ensuring timely updates is a challenge. Having a consolidated report that
identifies when the last updates were made by resources would be helpful.

If no such report exists is there a particular set of data in the Project
Server DB that can be retrieved to get this information?

On a similar note, I would like to know if there is a way to seem how many
hours of work are being reported by employees on a weekly / monthly basis.
Please let me know if there is such report available...

Have you tried the View Resource Assignments view from the action pane in
the Resource Center?
