Resource usage doesn't update?

I have a resource on a project. The resource is allocated at 100%. On the
Gantt view, it shows that she is allocated on task 1 from 2/1/2007 through
2/21/2007 at 10% along with 4 other resources at varying units. The total
hours for the task is 31 hours. It also shows that she is allocated on task 2
from 2/1/2007 through 2/21/2007 at 10% along with 4 other resources at
varying units. The total hours for this task is 30 hours.

However, when I go to the resource usage view, it shows that my resource has
no hours assigned in the month of February. I've doubled the percentage of
units for this resource on the task and it still doesn't update the dates in
February for the task. I have other resources on the plan that have usage at
a level of .08 spread out over a time period. Why won't this task behave the
same?

I'm not sure what is going on. When I simulate what you have it works
fine. Let me ask some questions.
1. Do you have resource calendars that are different from the project
calendar?
2. What type of tasks are you using (i.e. fixed duration, fixed work, or
fixed units)?
3. Do you have calculation set for automatic?
4. In the Resource Usage view, what value is in the Work field on the
left side of the screen for that task (i.e. assignment)?
5. Is there any progress on the task (i.e. % Complete greater than "0")?
