Resource Usage View - in detailed tasks Work shows in hours, but resource summary shows in days

I'm running Project 2003 Server and use the Resource Usage View.
Timephased Data was showing in Days. This user had their
Tools>>Options set to days, so I corrected it to show Work in Hours.
We exited MSP and restarted. The plan then began showing detailed
tasks data (timephased) in hours, but in the resource summary still
shows days. When checking Tools>>Options, it now reads Work in Hours.
Is there any way to resolve this?

I figured it out myself. What I discovered is that each user's
Tools>>Options is from their cached settings. As such, if a user's
desktop shows the Work in Days, that while the Work will show in hours
when changed, the Summary Tasks remain in Days. To fix this, the user
must

1. Change the Work to Hours (Tools>>Options>>Schedule) and click Save
Default.
2. Exit the Application
3. Launch the Application
4. Open the Resource Usage View

It should be fixed.
