Resource Usage View

I am running into a problem with completed tasks still showing as work
overallocatons for current projects even though the projects they are
associated with are closed/archived projects and the resources have been
changed from "commited" to "proposed".

Is there anyway to remove them or filter them so that current projects don't
appear to have over allocated resources?
