Hi,
I'm using MSPS 2003 with SP2 and have come across a strange anomaly in the
Resource Usage View in MS Project. When looking at Project A in MS project I
go to the Resource Usage View and look at the assignments for Resource 1. As
well as their assignments on Project A I can see a line indicating that
Resource 1 has XX hours of work on Project B.published. If I look at the
same view in Project B this XX hours of work does not appear and the
assignments do not exist on the plan.
I have tried going through the "republish assigmnents" exercise on Project B
but the result is not affected. I see instances of this in nearly all cases
where resources are shared between projects. Can anyone suggest an
explanation?
