resource usage

I can easily select a view in Microsoft Project 98 which
telle me how much of a particular resource is being used.
For example, if I have an employee "Joe" I can get a bar
graph showing how much of his time is used each month. But
how can I get a graph showing how much TOTAL resources are
used over time? I want the sum of ALL of the people
working on my project.
