Hi,

Its is very much correct that Ms project is project management
software.
But how to solve this problem.?
If you assign 3 labours for any task and 2kg of some material to
utilize ? but when actual work is performes only 1 kg material is
utilized and only 2 labours work for the resource.

How to update actuals? where to update actual material utilized and
actual labour work?
if i am entering 100% work complete then cost will be calculated for 3
labours and for 2 kg material?
can you please help me ?

Hello Nilu,
You can update the actual work and actual consumption of material in the Task Usage view : show the
field "Actual work".
