Resource View: Actual Work Reported in a month

Hi!

We are trying to create a view that shows the resource names and the actual
number of hours worked per week or per month. This will show us if they are
reporting all of the hours that they actually worked that week or month.

Sounds like a job for the Data Analysis view. Do you have that working in
your environment? If not, could you get Analysis Services up and running?

Hi Stacey,

currently I have no English system available, so the commands can differ
slightly.

In addition do Andrew's suggestion, there is also a default view which could
meet your requirement: Go to Resource Center, select resources you want to
look at. Click on 'View Assignments'. Change view to list (Settings- View
Option), so you can choose outline level, date range and period units. You
can export this information to Excel with Action - Export to Excel.
