Hi

I am using MS project 2003 and MS project server is not available with
me. I created the project plan and added all resources from R&D,
sales, marketing etc.on the plan.

I want to see all the resources from different groups on the top of
header of my plan.
e.g. I want to have header as R&D {xx, xy,xz}, Sales{ab,bc,cd} etc.

I want to define all the resources on my project plan. How do I do
this?

Please let me know if this question is not clear.

This Group is for Project Server Questions, the microsoft.public.project
group is the better group for this question.

However, to answer your question, you can only do this with VBA, but you
might soon meet limits to number of characters available in headers. I
suspect therefore that you could end up spending time and money to get a
solution only to see it fail for projects with a lot of Resources.
