Resources are not leveled when connected with Project Server

Hi,

we using resource leveling very often. How ever on conjunction on we have
seen the behaviour many times that the leveling delay is removed and the
leveling does not work any more.

We are using Project Pro 2003 with SP1

Any thoughts?

Hi Anthony,
This is due that resources are not allowed to level and you need to
activate leveling for those resources by going through the following:

1. Open Project Professional and log in as administrator
2. Open Enterprise Resource Pool and checkout all resources
3. Add Column "Can Level"
4. Change the value to "Yes" to resources you want to level
5. Save
6. exit project professional

now you can go and start using leveling.

thanks for you help. Can Level is set to true for all resources, it does not
work anyway. Any idea?
