resources are showing overallocated whether they are 3 hours assig

when i open project in project professional 2007 and open the resource usage
view. then some resources are showing red . as an overallocated.

although they are assign only 3 hours in one day. i dont know why

kindly tell me the problem

Hi Sam,

if you zoom in in resource usage, I think you will find your 3 hours
within 2 hours or something similar (e.g. 3 hours from 8am-10am). So
your overallocation is on an hourly basis.
