Resources Booked dialog box

I am using Outlook 2002 with exchange server.

I have a user who checked the check box Please do not show me this dialog
again - on the Resources Booked dialog box when they create a meeting with a
resource.
I need to be able to get this dialog box to start appearing again when they
create a meeting with a resource.
Is there anyway to do this?
