Resources Cost

I have been asked this question many times.

In large organization where you have 10 000 or may be 50 000 employees, it
is hard to manager the cost of the resource one by one.

Is there a way, to relate the cost of the resource to the title or skills?
For example, all the resources who are VB programmers have certain cost?

Can we do that? Or we need to define the cost for each resource one by one.

Hi Rami,

If there is a "Skill" field with information such as "VB programmer", a VBA
procedure could set the cost according to the skill.
