Hi julnar,

I know very little about such code, but as I understand it, you have to copy
the code in the FAQ into the vba editor. Open it via Tools/Macros.../Visual
Basic Editor. In the little toolbar on the left, click the first tool to
View Code. Click in the box that opens and paste in the code from the FAQ.
Then, from the main menu, Run/RunSub/UserForm. Then, in the project , try
Tools/Macro/Macros... where you should see the TransferTask... macro
listed. Now, when you want to activate it, click on the macro and click
Run. This should transfer information from one view to the other.

I didn't write the macro, so I can't answer any questions on this. I leave
it to my fellow MVPs or other knowledgeable experts to step in if I've got
it wrong!
