Resources & Enterprise Resource Pool

I've added several resources via PWA as an administrator. Using the admin
function, I can see the resources I've added. When I select a project in PWA
or Project professional and say build team from enterprise pool, I don't see
the resources I've added. What the heck did I possibly not do?

You need to add the resources to the Enteprise Resource Pool. To do so,
complete these steps:

1. Launch Microsoft Project Professional and log into Project Server
2. Click Tools - Enteprise Options - Open Enterprise Resource Pool
3. Click the Open/Add button
4. Enter the names of resources you added in PWA
5. Double-click each name and enter the Windows account for the resource
and then click OK
6. Save and close the Enterprise Resource Pool

From this point forward, you should enter the names of resources in the
Enterprise Resource Pool and the system will automatically create the PWA
user accounts for them. By default, the system adds new resources to the
Team Members group in PWA. If you want the resources in any other groups,
you will need to do that in Manage users and groups in PWA. Hope this
helps.
